Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage potential healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for healthcare roles. Job Matching: Align candidate skills and experience with suitable healthcare positions. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to create a talent pipeline. Negotiation & Offer Management: Assist with the negotiation of salary, benefits, and terms of employment. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that candidate documentation is completed and complies with industry regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience in healthcare recruiting. In-depth knowledge of healthcare roles, including nursing, physicians, and allied health. Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and recruitment tools. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is preferred.
