Job Title: Fragrance Development Manager - Senior Fragrance Development Manager Location: Bogota, Colombia Job Type: Hybrid Job Level: H -G As a Fragrance Development Manager, you'll drive mutual success by developing winning fragrances for our clients' brands. With a growth mindset, leadership, and expertise in Personal and Home Care evaluation, you'll be a close partner to our perfumers, shape olfactive & development strategies, and anticipate business needs. Your key responsibilities Select, design, and adapt winning fragrances for consumer products that meet our customers' and consumers' expectations. Incorporate maximum use of internal tools, consumer insights, and technical innovation collections to respond to briefs with high agility and assertiveness. Utilize cross-category skills to adapt winning themes for briefs. Collaborate with perfumers, technical, marketing, and sales teams to deliver the best solutions for our clients. Design olfactive strategies, providing creative direction and guidance to perfumers and the team. Partner with sales to understand clients and develop fragrance strategies, soundboarding ideas and nurturing client relationships. Detect olfactive trends and needs for the category (marketing insight) and turn them into concrete fragrance solutions.
