Family Description Finance (FI) comprises all finance and control activities, external and internal reporting, and capital allocation processes. Provides services in the area of financial planning, accounting, controlling, reporting, performance management, tax, investor relations, treasury, and mergers and acquisitions. Subfamily Description Financial Analysis (FAN) contains timely and accurate management reporting and high quality analysis. Comprises support of short term and long range planning, budgeting, and financial target setting processes. Fulfil all month-end-close related tasks to ensure actuals are reflecting correct financials and review versus plan / budget. Ensure actual control of target and cost control for countries / area / unit under own responsibility. Provides basic analysis and reports to support decision-making to Cost Owners (Cost Centre owner, Line Manager, MU Delivery Heads, other stakeholders) and reviews calls. End to end Cost Center controlling activities. Proactively performs preventative quality controls and takes corrective actions when errors occur. Fixed Production Overheads controlling. Analysis and follow-ups. GL level line-item review. Continuous monitoring of controllable fixed costs. Assessing if utilization % of resources is at required level, call for action if needed. Supporting SPC (standard production cost) calculation. CAPEX review and analysis. Supporting the RU SPOC (Reporting Unit SPOC) to ensure the above tasks are performed accurately in adherence to Nokia policy and process enabling the entire market / region reporting is correctly / fairly reported. Knowledge & Experience Established skills and knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline. Uses functionally specific knowledge. University or college degree in finance / accounting / economics. 5+ years of experience preferably profile is Services Controller / OPEX Controller / Business Controller preferably in Services / Telecom industry. Fluent written and spoken command of English is a must. Experience in a multinational environment. Good knowledge of common finance & accounting concepts is an advantage. Experience with SAP. Advanced Excel skill. Strong system mindset and good analytical skills. Customer service oriented. Precise and Quality oriented. Agility of taking the initiative and proactive attitude. Good interpersonal skills.
