Responsibilities: The Opportunity The Financial Planning and Analysis Director is responsible for supporting the business with the coordination of the Strategic and Annual Operating Plan, generation of Forecasts, and providing Financial and business analysis. This position key accountability is to estimate future financial outcomes for Andean through historical internal accounting and sales data, in addition to external information over a given period of time, in order to anticipate impacts for the businesses and to develop short and long-term performance strategies. The Financial Planning area is responsible for the execution and forecasting of total opex, functional investment and value realization. Your Impact Lead the process to identify gaps vs. AOP and propose to CFO and Excomm corrective measures to achieve annual targets Responsible for financial business performance management and visibility, develop short and long term growth strategies, and provide financial support that enable objectives accomplishment. Generate and communicate financial algorithm - Construct and align with financial forecast Execute forecasts integration and tracking Designed tools to identify Risks (scenarios) for decision making Define guidelines, calendar, templates for financial information communication Responsible for Andean monthly financial reviews for CFO/ExComm Lead communication with Latam Global Procurement FP&A forecast of prices Responsible for Prices of Commodities Monthly Closing (Analysis vs YAG, AOP and FCST) Responsible for financial planning and targets defined by LATAM Qualifications: Who Are We Looking For?
