Responsibilities The Opportunity The Financial Planning and Analysis Director is responsible for supporting the business with the coordination of the Strategic and Annual Operating Plan, generation of Forecasts, and providing Financial and business analysis. This position's key accountability is to estimate future financial outcomes for Andean through historical internal accounting and sales data, in addition to external information over a given period of time, in order to anticipate impacts for the businesses and to develop short and long-term performance strategies. The Financial Planning area is responsible for the execution and forecasting of total opex, functional investment and value realization. Your Impact As Andean FP&A Sr Manager your scope would consist of: Lead the process to identify gaps vs. AOP and propose to CFO and Excomm corrective measures to achieve annual targets. Responsible for financial business performance management and visibility, develop short and long term growth strategies, and provide financial support that enable objectives accomplishment. Generate and communicate financial algorithm - Construct and align with financial forecast. Execute forecasts integration and tracking. Designed tools to identify Risks (scenarios) for decision making. Define guidelines, calendar, templates for financial information communication. Responsible for Andean monthly financial reviews for CFO/ExComm. Lead communication with Latam Global Procurement FP&A forecast of prices. Responsible for Prices of Commodities Monthly Closing (Analysis vs YAG, AOP and FCST). Responsible for financial planning and targets defined by LATAM. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, MBA preferred but not required. MS Office, particularly MS Powerpoint and Excel a must. 8-9 years in FP&A, Commercial/Supply Chain Finance Support or Strategic Planning. Develops persuasive, focused communications to enable management decisions. Ability to evaluate macro-economic changes and its impact on the business environment. Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios. English – Fluent. Spanish – Fluent. Advanced Finance Knowledge.
