Title and Summary FP&A Manager – Revenue FP&A manager, Revenue will lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a business. They forecast and manage the revenue, prepare and analyze financial reports, and drive the strategy and business process improvement by using financial tools and models. They also support the finance business partners globally and regionally with data analysis and feedback. They have a thorough understanding of the revenue drivers, use historical data to study patterns and use these insights to inform short-term forecasts and other forward-looking projections for long term planning. Responsibilities Leads the revenue forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the business goals and objectives. Prepares and presents financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and analysis, highlighting the key drivers and variances of the business performance. Drives strategy and business process improvement initiatives by building and maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and modeling; provides insights and recommendations to optimize the region, product and business unit plans. Communicates across the various stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and transparency within the organization. Supports the LBF initiative by running and maintaining business models to analyze revenue and profitability trends and opportunities (e.g. MIS, KPIs, CEO deck). Demonstrates strong modeling capabilities leveraging automation and data-driven approaches; supports the establishment of consistent frameworks and methodologies to enable global and regional finance business partners. Successfully embodies change management; fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Develops and delivers compelling presentations that convey the story behind the numbers and frameworks; coaches and guides team members on how to effectively communicate complex financial information to various audiences. Experiences Experience leading and managing a team of financial analysts; develops and leverages key relationships in order to understand the needs and objectives of stakeholders. Ability to model and perform predictive analytics to review financial and operational scenarios and outcomes. Experience operating in a diverse, multi-functional finance group; demonstrates strong leadership and influence skills. Exposure to supporting a designated business area on revenue management, leveraging analytical techniques as well as outside trends and events. Experienced with financial systems and applications; serves as a subject matter expert and mentor to those less experienced (e.g. Hyperion, Oracle). Experience identifying and implementing process improvement activities; drives best practices and standards across the finance function. Successfully resolves complex issues in a timely and efficient manner; adapts to changing business needs and priorities.
