Reporting directly to CASA CFO, the FP&A Manager will be responsible for the entire P&L of the affiliate, leading monthly closing and forecasting activities, local management and corporate reporting, annual business planning and ad-hoc projects.Functions, Duties, Tasks:Ownership of Financial Planning and Reporting processes including annual planning, quarterly/monthly forecasting, closing, analysis and reporting of IBT key components (Sales, COPS, Shipping, OPEX) for CASA countries.Implement and sustain KPIs to monitor overall team performance as well as Affiliate's main financial results.Manage pricing process including G2N control and validation, profitability analysis, pricing committee and KPI fulfillment.Proactively manage and communicate risks & opportunities to Affiliate CFO and General Manager, as well as design and track protection plans & contingenciesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.Ensure Finance team becomes key business partners to Marketing & Commercial teamsRecruiting, management and development of FP&A staffPrimary contact for corporate reporting and Ad-hoc request from Regional and Global Finance teams.Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):Bachelor's in business administration, Accounting, Economics or related areas (required)Minimum 8 years of experience with increasing responsibility in Corporate Finance (required);Minimum 3 years of experience managing people (required)High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP (required); Experience in SAP implementation (desired)Experience with Power BI (desired)Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (required)Leadership / Cross functional influenceExperience developing financial reports and metrics
