The Job:As a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll be part of the Ops Finance team with the responsibility for providing financial leadership and decision support to the LAG Ops finance organization, which includes Net Spend /OCOS, Capital investment and RIP inventory management.This opportunity requires fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus).
You will have the opportunity to:Partner with the Manufacturing organization to deliver financial insights on operational costs and activities and track the financial performance of the manufacturing sites.Work closely with local finance teams to gain financial visibility and ensure accuracy in budgeting and forecasting.Identify and create reporting tools and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility and impact operating performance.Assist in the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and monthly performance reviews.Support the organization in cost reduction initiatives and monitor productivity.Develop and implement regular reporting to support senior leadership in making informed business decisions.Identify opportunities to automate processes using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, and other similar software.The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.

You also have:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
MBA Degree a plus.4 years of prior related experience in a dynamic, large company environment (manufacturing environment with multiple locations and distribution centers)Strong financial, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Experience working with large data sets, strong modeling skills, and the ability to automate manual processes.Ability to work in a matrix environment and effective communication and presentation skills.High level of energy and professionalism, strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize independently, and manage multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic and fast paced setting.
