POSITION SUMMARY: The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will be an integral part of the finance and accounting team and report to the Finance Manager. The FP&A Analyst will assist with the preparation of internal/external financial reports, High Management materials, monthly financial analysis materials, and provide ad hoc analysis for the organization. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts and related support reports. Monitoring the actual figures in order to identify and explain variations for P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. Familiar with key indicators (e.g.: DSO, DPO, profitability, etc.). Actively participate on closing process (month closing and year end processes); Giving proper support to internal clients with financial analysis and control reports; High interaction with other departments such as Operation, Sales, Depot, etc. Ensuring timelines are accomplished; Keep high standards of financial controls. In addition to the tasks described above, the employee of this function must carry out other duties assigned by his immediate superiors or within the company hierarchy, whenever these tasks are directly or indirectly related to his area of activity. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Required: University degree in business administration or accounting. 2 years of experience in this role. MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Have wide experience in FP&A routine. Have strong knowledge of Accountancy (BRGAAP and USGAAP backgrounds). Be hands on, result oriented, organized and be able to work as part of a team, adding value to the structure. Master Excel spreadsheets and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Have fluent English. Spanish is desirable. Experience in System implementation is a plus.
