Founding Engineer / Fullstack Software Developer At Docufi

We (Torre) are helping docufi find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Founding Engineer / Fullstack Software Developer.
Compensation: To be agreed upon.
Location: Remote (specific time zone) - GMT-06:00 a GMT-02:00.
Mission of docufi: "Our goal is to automate the most common finance deliverables for our clients."
What makes you a strong candidate: • You are expert in React.js, databases, Python, Next.js, and Express.js • You are proficient in leadership, and startups.
• English - Fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more: What we are looking for: • Full stack engineer with experience in launching a product at a startup.
• Experience with React + Typescript, Next.JS, Express, Python.
• Solid understanding of the complete tech stack - frontend, backend, databases (SQL and NOSQL).
• Excited to work in a startup environment!

Nice to have: • Familiarity with DevOps concepts would be good.
Containers/Docker/Kubernetes, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud management.
• Enjoys being a part-time Product Manager; i.e.
build some understanding of the business and what customers want.
Responsibilities: • Reporting to CEO.
• Contribute to the build of both our backend and frontend.
• Participate in high level design and tech architecture discussions.
Able to make technical decisions and drive direction.
• This is a future engineering leader role.
