Foster seamless collaboration with members of the floor supervisors team, the operating control room team and others, enhancing communication and teamwork. Monitoring the operational quality, safety and inspecting the studio's equipment. Conduct regular checks on dealers and shufflers to ensure their presence during designated shifts and maintain an accurate attendance record. Monitor and assess the appearance of staff members, ensuring they adhere to the established dress code. Supervising dealers' and shufflers' activity and rotations. What makes you a strong candidate: Proactive approach; Effective collaboration and strong communication skills. Good verbal and written command of English.
