Key Responsibilities: Customer Invoicing: Ensure accurate and timely creation of sales and purchase orders.Generate customer invoices promptly and with precision.Maintain up-to-date contract and pricing information.Revenue and Cost Management: Understand the correlation between sales orders (SO) and purchase orders (PO).Ensure timely recognition of revenue and cost.Take corrective actions on system interfaces and conduct necessary reconciliations.Monitor and maintain volume trackers and established control mechanisms.Job Costing and Financial Control: Correctly cost all jobs, ensuring a positive CM1 at the job level.Manage POs, cost accruals, and variations between estimated and actual costs.Reconcile weekly with vendors and approve costs before invoicing.Perform SOA reconciliation and maintain cost control.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.Two years of experience in logistics services and accounting, with a focus on billing and costs.Intermediate English proficiency.Attention to detail and proactive mindset.Desirable: Knowledge of SAP.Strong time management and assertive communication skills. #LI-MP1Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
