Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Consultant with a strong financial background to manage client relations and oversee the creation of investor packages.
In this role, you will facilitate client onboarding, refine financial templates, and enhance presentation materials for investor appeal.
This position is suited for a hands-on professional who can work independently and thrives in a high-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Serve as the main point of contact, set up meetings, and review client-submitted financial documents.
- Financial Review : Customize and re-engineer client financials for investment pitches, enhancing templates and providing valuable feedback.
- Package Preparation : Refine client presentations using our proprietary application, covering KYC, KYB, due diligence, and feasibility aspects.
- Vetting Projects : Collaborate with regional directors to vet and review projects before they reach executive review.
- Strategic Oversight : Work autonomously to ensure client packages are investment-ready and aligned with investor expectations.
Requirements :
- Experience : 10 + years in finance or related fields, preferably with a focus on client-facing roles.
- Experience in consultancy.
- Financial Expertise : Proven track record in financial analysis, feasibility studies, and investment-related consulting.
- Communication Skills : Excellent English, able to distill complex information into clear, concise, and engaging presentations.
- Independence : Able to operate autonomously in a remote setup, with strong organizational and entrepreneurial skills.
- Efficiency & Detail-Oriented : Deliver high-quality work efficiently, without overloading clients with unnecessary details.
- Adaptability : Comfortable working with a globally distributed team, across multiple time zones.
