We are seeking a highly qualified Financial Director to join our team remotely.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and leadership, with a proven track record in multinational settings.
This role involves overseeing financial operations, strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the financial department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Director, CFO, or Finance Manager in a small to medium-sized multinational company.
Strong hands-on experience and multitasking skills.
High proficiency in English is mandatory.
Experience with financial software such as SAP and Power BI is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.
