Client Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Financial Controller to join our team.
This role focuses on finance, client support, and project management, primarily within service businesses and e-commerce sectors.
The successful candidate will start with managing 3-5 clients, with the potential to grow their portfolio to 10-15 clients.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Oversee bookkeeping, financial planning, forecasting, and strategic growth advisory.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work independently and remotely, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Utilize financial software and tools, including accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in service businesses and e-commerce.
Leadership experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
Good English language ability; accent is not a priority.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience with FathomHQ, Xero Books, Solver Global, and INxSQL.
