Job Description Building sophisticated financial models for photovoltaic energy projects Support Investment Team in the negotiation and execution of M&A, funds raising, project finance, and sale processes Analyse Investment opportunities against company pre-defined criteria Supporting the preparation of offer/bids and term sheets (project financing, SPA, etc.) Assessing electricity market trends and their impact on expected profitability at project/portfolio level Analyse energy offtake structures and make recommendations on the most adequate option for specific projects Qualifications Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, industrial engineering, or a similar field MBA or Masters is a plus 5+ years of experience in finance within the solar energy sector Strong cash flow modelling capabilities required Knowledge of electricity market/regulations and financing infrastructure advantageous Good MS Office Excel and macro-programming skills (Visual Basic programming is a plus) Excellent presentation and communication skills Analytical skills, structural thinking, willingness to learn Strong communication skills in English, Spanish is a plus Additional Information Possibility to work flexibly A truly international working environment with colleagues from all over the world An open-minded, friendly and highly motivated team Interesting and challenging tasks in a growing future-oriented industry Very good opportunities for professional and personal development Competitive remuneration and other benefits as per local markets #J-18808-Ljbffr
