Your Job Building sophisticated financial models for photovoltaic energy projects Support Investment Team in the negotiation and execution of M&A, funds raising, project finance, and sale processes Analyse Investment opportunities against company pre-defined criteria Supporting the preparation of offers/bids and term sheets (project financing, SPA, etc.) Assessing electricity market trends and their impact on expected profitability at project/portfolio level Analyse energy offtake structures and make recommendations on the most adequate option for specific projects Your Profile Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, industrial engineering, or a similar field MBA or Masters is a plus Experience of 5+ years in finance Strong cash flow modelling capabilities required Knowledge of electricity market/regulations and financing infrastructure advantageous Good MS Office Excel and macro-programming skills (Visual Basic programming is a plus) Excellent presentation and communication skills Analytical skills, structural thinking, willingness to learn English & Portuguese (excellent command), Spanish is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
