Financial Analyst Bi

We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our expanding FP&A team.
This full-time position.
In this role, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact within our fantastic company.
You'll work closely with the Manager of FP&A and the VP of Finance to design and develop our key metrics reporting system.
You'll provide centralized support to all our operations, collaborating across business units to assist branches and senior management.
Your objective will be to understand our businesses and their unique challenges, and by leveraging your knowledge of our key business drivers, establish financial analysis and reporting structures that offer valuable insights to our team.
Requirements Education   Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting or Finance Professional Accounting Designation or Finalist CPA or MBA preferred.
  The ideal candidate for this position will possess:   2-3 years of experience in an accounting, financial analysis, or business analysis role, preferably in a medium to large sized company environment Skill in large data analysis and interpretation in database management.
Displays a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while performing financial base research and implementations.
Advanced proficiency with accounting software (Netsuite), excel, PowerBi and financial planning software (Anaplan).
Experience in gathering data, compiling the proper information, and preparing financial reports.
Able to successfully perform moderate to complex account reconciliations.
Strong knowledge of budgets and internal controls.
·        Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a team player.
Effectively apply organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload, to problem solve, and to adapt to frequent interruptions and change.
Transportation industry experience preferred.
