Financial Advisor - Loan Processor

We are a lender enterprise operating in the USA and LATAM, hiring a Loan Processor & openers to join our team! This is a hybrid position Job Scope: Request and analyze initial documents for a credit application, follow-up on customer requirements, include information in the system (Point), request information from third-party companies involved in the transaction, track leads, and turn them into files. Work closely with customers, Loan officers, and both internal and external partners providing a high level of service. Education: Bachelor's degree (it can substitute for some experience at any level) Language: Spanish & English Advanced Skills / Experience: · Experience in Verbal and written communication. · Good interpersonal and customer service skills. · Preferably experience in banking or finance costumer service · Time management and organization skills. Ability to work with strict deadlines.
