As a Billing coordinator, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and administrative processes.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Prepare, review, and maintain essential documentation such as bills of lading, shipping documents, and customs paperwork to ensure all shipments are compliant with legal requirements.
Monitor and track shipment progress, updating databases and notifying relevant parties of any delays, issues, or expected delivery timelines.
Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately input shipment details, delivery times, and costs into the company's systems.
Generate regular reports on logistics performance metrics Communicate with vendors, carriers, and other logistics providers to confirm schedules, obtain shipment details, and resolve issues as they arise.
Collaborate with the inventory management team to update stock levels, manage order cycles, and assist in inventory reconciliation.
Address inquiries related to shipments, delivery statuses, and documentation, providing timely and accurate responses to internal and external customers.
Handle general back-office tasks, such as filing, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and supporting the logistics team with any required administrative assistance.

Minimum requirements: Education: Studies in international business, business administration, finance, or administrative related fields.
Experience: At least 6 months of experience with administrative tasks, data entry, back office, customer service or any related field is preferred.
Experience in logistics is also beneficial, Language: Good English skills.
B2 or higher level is preferred.
Perks: Schedule: 3 full days during the week, following American calendar Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
