Requirements:
• Bachelor degree is required in International Trade, Economy, Finance, Business Administration, or Logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English (Mandarin is a plus).
• 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Professional knowledge of international sales contract clauses.
• Strong data processing and analytical skills with clear logic and quick response.
• Experience with incentive settlements.
• Familiarity with payments, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Experience in tax affairs management.
• Financial forecasting experience.
Responsibilities:
• Manage sales incentive settlements (rebates, price protection, temporary incentives, joint marketing) for the Latin America region.
• Address payment and credit note issues.
• Generate related country settlement reports.
• Improve settlement quality and efficiency.
• Conduct credit and collection management, reviewing customers' overdue payments and credit ratings, and managing credit lines.
• Perform reconciliation and inventory counting between the company and customers.
• Update ledgers for the entire region.
• Review incentive settlement progress and order closing plans.
• Verify incentive settlement application documents and organize submission and review processes.
Language: Fluent English required.
