Summary & Role Information: For this role, we are looking for passionate people with excellent technical and communication skills. As a Business Processes Consultant, you will analyze SAP solutions for our international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. This role provides you opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments. Responsibilities: Provide guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases to ensure a successful S/4HANA implementation project. In Explore and Realize phases, conduct interviews to understand business processes design and provide recommendations to stick to SAP Best Practices and SAP standard. Propose recommendations to optimize and improve business processes in Deploy phase. Support customers to address issues reported during Run and operation phases. Support business processes continuous improvement once customers are operating SAP S/4HANA. WORK EXPERIENCE: Experience in SAP Finance in the core finance and controlling modules and other SAP Finance areas such as Treasury, Real Estate, Consolidation, etc. Desirable experience in conversion projects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. ABAP optimization and S/4HANA experience is a must. Minimum 5 years of SAP Finance and/or other SAP Finance product experience is mandatory. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science, or engineering. Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, C++). Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external.
