The Finance Operations Analyst will support the daily operations of the global Billing processes.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities Create accurate and timely invoices to customers on Workday based on requests from commercial operations, ensuring that all billable items are included and correctly input.Ensure customers receive the invoices according to their requirements and stipulated dates.Review and reconcile billing records with accounts receivable accounting to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Ensure that revenue is marked correctly when needed.Handle customer inquiries and issues related to billing, such as answering questions about invoices, resolving billing disputes, and providing payment assistance.Ensure billing practices comply with legal regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Ensure that the taxes matrix is updated and ensure that the taxes included in an invoice, when needed, are accurate.Generate reports to calculate intercompany cost billing and generate invoices related to transfer pricing, according to accounting information.Generate reports that internal and external parties need to comply with the company requirements (Tax reports, credit notes, Professional services forecast).Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations regarding billing practices and transactions.Support the collection team by communicating with the customers of the assigned portfolio to push the collection of the payment.Skills Experience analyzing financial data in Excel.Details Oriented.Analytical skills.Highly energetic and self-starter.Team player essential.High integrity essential.Academic and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
6 months to 1 year of experience working in administrative/finance operations teams.
Languages
English advanced level.
