You will be responsible to secure, executeand simplify financial and accounting tasks for one of our entities, AddactisLatina.
You will report, in a matric structure, to the Group Accounting Manager,be part of a larger international Finance Team and the local Latina Team.
As the Finance Manager of Addactis Latina your keyobjectives are: • Handling all day-to-day financial and accounting tasksfor Addactis Latina, while managing a local assistant.
• Obtaining an overview of current processes,questioning them, while complying constantly evolving laws and regulations.
• Proposing an action plan and a new organization to beimplemented to secure our activities while simplifying and automatingprocesses.In areas as purchasing, payments, accounting, treasury, billing, finance reporting, you will be responsible for: - Implement, simplify and maintain financial controlsand procedures.
- Manage all aspects of financial planning, analysis,and reporting.
- Work with local external accountant and evaluate adminsetup & processes.
- Drive the budgeting process and monitor financial performancein collaboration with the Group Controller.
- Ensure compliance with constantly evolving tax lawsand regulations.
- Manage relationships with banks and other financialstakeholders.
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, generalledger & month-end close.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial information isavailable to the Management Committee.
- Implement, ensure internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Collaboration: Work closely together with accountants,treasury, tax and controlling and the business leaders.
Liaise withControlling, Tax & Treasury to facilitate & drive also efficiencies inthose functions.
- Change Management agent: take part in the transformingthe accounting/finance function.- Help drive the business performance.
Profile About you Education: Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in accounting & finance management, preferably in a tech startup or in a Big 4 (for International SMEs as Addactis Latina) with a proven track record of success.
Expertise: Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and local accounting regulations.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and passion in finding automated solutions for recurring data processing.
Analytical mindset: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
You're used to work in a challenging environment and can step back.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
Problem Solver: Strong ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and persuasively to a variety of stakeholders.
Team Player: Demonstrated success in working collaboratively, fostering partnerships across departments and with external partners.
Regulatory Expertise: Understanding of financial regulations, ensuring compliance, and guiding the company through best practices.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish & English, French is a plus.
Softwares: Accounting/ERP & reporting tools oriented is key.
Knowledge of SAAS Software and consulting Business required.
