The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a 24-month program designed specifically to prepare and develop future generations of business leaders within the accounting & finance organization.
Participants will develop critical leadership & technical skills through rotational assignments at J&J business units, in-depth training, & ongoing coaching and feedback.
FLDP participants complete up to 3 diverse rotations across J&J's three operating segments (Corporate, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Technology).
These rotational assignments are supplemented by 5 weeks of training over the course of the 24-month program, led by internal & external resources.
Training courses build J&J business acumen, and follow a robust and interactive curriculum that helps develop key competencies such as problem-solving and analysis, technical skills, business knowledge, teamwork, and leadership.
All rotations are Colombia based.
Positions may be available at numerous various operating companies located in Bogota.
These rotations are designed to expose participants to J&J Med-Tech & Pharmaceuticals Business Segments, as well as Johnson & Johnson Corporate areas.
Each rotation will provide an excellent learning experience and an opportunity for FLDP participants to utilize their leadership skills & technical knowledge to drive incremental value for J&J.
Additional underlying benefits from company-wide rotations are an expanded network of contacts, a diverse J&J knowledge base, information sharing, and building the skill sets necessary for future movement across the J&J family of companies.
The FLDP provides exposure to various functional assignments within Finance.
These include, but are not limited to Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Research & Development Finance, General Accounting, Corporate Consolidations, Internal Audit and Tax Planning.Calificaciones Bachelor's degree (graduation between December 2022 and November 2024); Advanced English; Valid US visa; Availability to work in person in Bogotá - COL; Demonstrated leadership experience is required; Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is preferred; Interest in a career in Finance.
*We expect to have a training in US in January/2025, so the candidates need to be available to travel and participate.
Expenses are covered by J&J.
