Key Information At-a-Glance: Be part of our client's team as a Finance Controller , where you will oversee daily accounting tasks, prepare and analyze financial statements, manage invoicing, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (US PST) Work Setup: Onsite, Bogotá/Medellín Your Impact: Daily Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Track and manage outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
Accurately input financial data into accounting software.
Assist with tax preparation and filing.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards.
Maintain and improve internal control procedures.
