The Position Act as a Financial Enterprise Partner lead to the organization, ensuring that business performance and resources are allocated in a way that maximizes value creation for Roche Colombia. This position in the new structure will impact DIA total business with approximate annual sales of 100M CHF. Additionally, to provide guidance on financial impacts, risk assessment and scenario building, in a dynamic and competitive market, in order to support the organization achieve its financial objectives and drive solid business growth within a compliance framework. The Opportunity: Performance custodian, for P&L and NTWC, co developing definition and supporting achievement of financial goals, as well as the allocation and management of resources, to create value with a DIA Customer & Portfolio focus. Commercial Finance strategic partner, developing the negotiation financial framework for business decisions, as a core member of the assigned segment of customers (cell); forming an integral part of the customer's self-managed team, co creating business growth and profitability initiatives, while monitoring quarterly reviews of financial indicators such as sales growth, profitability performance, DSO, to ensure the financial efficiency of customers. Actively participate in contract and tariff negotiations, annual price increases for assigned customers, negotiation strategy definition, and face-to-face customer meetings as needed. Comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System, Symphony guidelines, and the Commercial and Pricing Policy. Monitor the effectiveness of the operational management of logistics operators. Act as controller of the POC+DC line. Financial partner of the business with a focus on face to face Customer Negotiations, Business Cases development, and Business Intelligence: Execute profitability models of current and new businesses. Design commercial proposals in collaboration with the sales team and conduct monthly price or tariff studies or customized business cases that require different financial scenarios to achieve commercial agreements (i.e. EPS). Active participation in negotiations with customers, administrating contract management. Local BI Coordinator (Sell Out. Sales and Stocks of key customers or EPS, Financial Dashboard). Be the financial support to ad hoc Roche M&A for the affiliate. Financial partner of the business with a focus on prices, contracts and portfolio management: Governance of annual price strategy/increase process (strategy development and ensuring the correct execution of the process) jointly with the Commercial Lead, Financial, and Operations Director. Control of the price master in SAP through timely monitoring of reports, including periodic adjustments to price lists as defined in corporate processes or denial with customers. Ensure the quality of price list information by reviewing and updating databases. Preparation of commercial contracts, modifications to technology updates, tracking of expiration dates and signatures. Portfolio mix profit optimization, monthly analytics, mobilizing actions to improve. Financial partner of the business with a focus on financial governance: Act as a financial partner for the leaders of the strategy and transformation chapter in health, leading reviews of the financial performance of the business line and supporting the creation of new innovative commercialization financial models (i.e. value based). Support the annual or biennial budget formulation process, in accordance with global guidelines and local needs. Monitoring and analysis of sales, gross profit/G. Margin analysis by customer and by product line, OPEX, CAPEX, and communication of financial results to the organization and presentations to the Leadership team. Execute monthly and annual closings in collaboration with RSS in Costa Rica, ensuring compliance with accounting concepts and policies. Provision and then calculate the settlements of commercial rebate and other agreements that RD has with its customers. Support the Value and Performance Partner Leader in related processes as needed. Responsible for Monthly Reporting. Responsible for the main financial indicators of the area (AR, Stock or Demand Planning). Responsible for FoC control Who you are: University degree in Finance, business administration, economics, or related professions. Master's degree in finance (preferred) Scrum Master (preferred) Experience in Commercial Finance/ Controlling is essential / 5 years Specialist knowledge: o Advance in Office and Google Suite o Advance in use of SAP or other ERP, Financial Planning Tools Experience in Finance Business Partner is essential (Commercial Finance) Fluent in English for global/regional communications is required.
