Are you passionate about driving financial insights and supporting expense management to align with business objectives? Join the Finance team as a Finance Analyst. In this role, you will ensure proper execution of Pacific overhead expenses, lead the budget process, and closely follow up variations with users, besides acting as a business partner with administrative teams to find savings opportunities. Manages financial reporting systems for the region and performs reports and financial analysis as required. This role is located in Bogotá, Colombia and offers flexible work models. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Expense Management and Budgeting: Oversee accounting for Pacific overhead expenses, lead budget processes, and provide guidance on managing budgets to drive savings opportunities. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Consolidate P&L data for month-end close, conduct strategic P&L outlooks, and perform financial reporting aligned with corporate policies. Business Partnership: Act as a business partner to users, ensuring expenses align with company needs and managing cost center efficiency across functions like Marketing, HR, IT, and Regulatory. Data Management and System Updates: Update and manage financial data in reporting systems, consolidating reports and ensuring accurate uploads to regional finance systems. Continuous Improvement: Seek and implement improvements in reports, processes, and data quality, focusing on timely, accurate information delivery. We're Looking for Someone With Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in finance, ideally with financial planning, reporting, and cost center management experience. Advanced Excel proficiency and strong PC skills, with knowledge of SAP and Anaplan (experience in FMCG preferred). Analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrating strong analytical abilities, decision-making skills, and attention to detail. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, capable of interacting across functions and levels. Organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and meet tight deadlines, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
