As a Financial Analyst in South America, you'll: Record in NetSuite all the accounting transactions, including AP, AR, Banks (including interests), Fixed Assets, and General Ledger (Provisions and Reversals/Rev, COGS and SGA), and upload the TXT file related to payroll transactions. Prepare the information regarding invoices and the supporting documents for the Treasury team in Brazil for weekly payments to local suppliers. Upload data billing information into NetSuite and carry out the interface process with the local electronic billing system, and reconcile with the local fiscal system. Create and update the database of suppliers and clients in the NetSuite ERP. Prepare and send monthly and annual federal taxes, including annual income taxes, income advances, VAT, ICA, among others. Calculate and record the bad debt provision. Prepare and upload monthly information into consolidation systems. Prepare and reconcile all intercompany transactions. Prepare and send all additional files for the monthly closing (Opex Matrix, MB control per client and CC, COGS and Rev Control). Prepare the annual financial statements with notes for local tax authorities. Review and process employee expense reports. Fill out forms required by clients, suppliers, and banks. Prepare tax withholding certificates for client requests and providers. Align accounting and tax records processes with external accountants from other countries and submit into the internal consolidation systems. Conduct annual updates to government or municipal entities. Requirements Degree in Accounting. Knowledge of accounting software such as NetSuite or SAP, among others. Advanced level of English.
