Purpose Contributes to the overall success of the Asset Servicing in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Accountabilities Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.Strong data reconciliation abilities via running reports, balancing, and querying large data sets.Ensure the accurate collection, management, and timely processing of all Coupon, Interest, and Maturity payments and pivots by reviewing online reports/files and processing payments received from depositories and issuers.Dynamic individual, capable of learning quickly and acting as a change agent.Provide ongoing assistance to the team with regular updates, training, and cross-training other team members as required, and providing support with other functions as needed.Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.Completes sundry and other ad-hoc duties as needed.Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.Education / Experience VBA, SQL, or Python skills are preferred.Broadridge experience is nice to have.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of Capital Markets and various financial instruments across Fixed Income and Equities.1-3 years of experience in financial services, reconciliation procedures, or accounting.Business or Finance degree.Location(s): Colombia: Bogota: Bogota
