Field Service Engineer

In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and deliver technical courses to Service Centers, Distributors, and Wholesalers, according to their needs and agreements existing with them. Provide advanced technical support on-site or via telephone to external and internal customers by providing pre and post-sales support. Solve complex problems related to applications, profiles, operating systems, etc. Conduct equipment demonstrations and training in response to requirements from sales managers, product managers, and managers of advertising imagery. Resolve several cases in a timely manner, keeping stakeholders informed of the status of the solution. Define specifications and functional and non-functional requirements for the development of solutions based on requests from internal or external customers. Implement and test solutions including Firmware, Hardware, and Software. Prepare test manuals, installation guides, and diagnostic validation for projects being carried out. Minimum Experience Requirements B - Requires some specialist or admin experience (2-5 years).
