Field Service Engineer

Principal AccountabilitiesIn addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and deliver technical courses to: Service Centers, Distributors and Wholesalers, according to their needs and agreements existing with them.
Provide advanced technical support on-site or telephone to external and internal customers by providing pre and post sales support.
To solve complex problems related to applications, profiles, operating systems, etc.
Equipment demonstrations fairs training, and in response to requirements of sales managers, product managers, sales managers and managers of advertising imagery.
Fixed several cases in a timely manner, keeping stakeholders informed of the status of the solution.
Define specifications and functional requirements and non-functional for the development of solutions based on a request from internal or external customer.
Implement and test solutions Firmware, Hardware and Software Preparation of test manuals, installation and diagnostic validation or project being carried out.
Minimum Experience RequirementsB - Requires some specialist or admin experience (2- 5 years)EducationD - Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A.
