Field Operations Coordinator

What you'll do As a Field Operations Coordinator, you will coordinate a team of technicians, dispatching work, managing customer inquiries and issues while maintaining high levels of customer service. Key Responsibilities Task assignment to team members according to their expertise. Provide ongoing training to team members. Participate in the interview, training, and onboarding of new team members. Oversee the inventory of tools, equipment, and parts. Ensure that all necessary supplies are available for field operations. Ensure all field operations comply with safety regulations and standards. Implement safety protocols and trainings. Performance evaluation and feedback. Implement and manage field service management software. Use technology to optimize scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Additional experience: Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that arise in the field. Flexibility and adaptability to understand changing situations. Make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
