Appgate Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Field Marketing Specialist About Position Responsible for collaborating with the sales team to plan and execute marketing activities at the local level.
Act as the strategic support partner for both regional sales and marketing leadership LATAM to ensure demand is created and pipeline acceleration programs are in place.
Key roles and responsibilities include event plan/execution, Digital Marketing plan/execution, activities follow up, measurement of each marketing tactic executed.
Responsibilities and Duties Plan, organize and coordinate digital and in person events as per business needs, in accordance with company goals, financial and time restraints.
Support creating and planning digital content following a quarterly digital calendar.
Support and follow up on Business Development Representative functions and projects.
Support and coordinate merchandising production and merchandising inventory control per country.
Support on backoffice duties: Suppliers and partners payments.
Actively perform event follow up to update Sales force campaigns tab and update proof of performance files.
Proactively work with sales on lead follow up and nurture to drive continuous process discipline.
Drive continuous post initiative analysis to extract learnings and share insights & best practices with sales.
Help regional marketing functions refine their strategy based on local feedback & insights.
Plan and develop social media content and strategies.
Support region specific content creation and curation.
Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related degree required.
Minimum of 4-5 years in a marketing role, leading demand generation activities and expanding sales pipeline.
B2B IT industry experience, preferably in the Software industry.
Ability to collaborate and influence internal and external partners, especially sales reps. Digital marketing skills (creation of email sequence, digital assets).
Understanding of social media marketing.
Ability to use Salesforce as a CRM platform for driving pipeline.
Requires excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish (written, verbal and presentations).
