Entry and intermediate level roles will receive direct supervision.
Senior roles will provide direction to junior engineers and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Intermediate and Senior positions will act as the key interface with the client at the well site, managing other personnel and completing service assignments.

Available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs.
Tests, operates & maintains tools & equipment as per work instructions.
Develops and maintains positive client relationships.
Effectively manages inventory and supplies at the well site.
Follows up on failures with the R&M team.
Contributes to equipment failure investigations.
Oversees, leads, and mentors Field Operation crew members where required.
Performs engineering checks while on client location.
Senior level roles manage the installation of complex equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience & Education REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
1 – 3 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities REQUIRED Fundamentals of Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics.
Mathematics, Basic Physics, and Chemistry.
Computer fundamentals.
Critical thinking and problem solving.
Good reading and writing skills.
Time management and Quality Control Analysis.
Service Orientation and physical capability for tasks.
Ability to identify and understand potential problems.
Ability to operate tools and machinery effectively.

Travel Requirement: This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to 10%.
