Entry and intermediate level roles will receive direct supervision in support of their duties and assignments. Senior and fully-qualified level roles will provide direction to junior field engineers, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and recommend alterations to improve quality. Maintains service quality as an immediate priority. OPERATIONS Participates in daily operations & safety meetings. Maintains equipment and work areas in safe conditions. Monitors and analyzes data to recommend services and solutions. Performs job planning, preparation, mobilization, and job execution. Available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs. Tests, operates & maintains tools & equipment as per work instructions. Develops and maintains positive client relationships. Effectively manages inventory and supplies at the well site. Follows up failures with the R&M team and ensures closure with clients. Contributes to equipment failure investigations supporting Root Cause Analysis. Oversees, leads, and mentors Field Operation crew members when required. Senior roles may act as technical advisors and interpret data for clients. Intermediate and Senior roles will perform engineering checks on-site. Senior level Field Specialist will manage the installation of complex equipment. Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor. COMMUNICATION Maintains effective communication with all key stakeholders. Supervisors & Managers should communicate expectations clearly. FINANCIAL All employees are accountable for financial responsibility. Costs incurred should be within approved budgets. Experience & Education REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science. 0 – 1 year's experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities REQUIRED Fundamentals of Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics. Mathematics and Basic Physics and Chemistry. Computer fundamentals. Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills. Good reading, writing, judgment, and decision-making skills. Time management and Quality Control Analysis. Service Orientation and physical capability to perform tasks. Ability to react effectively in operating tools and machinery. Ability to visualize tools and products for assembly, repair, or modifications. Mathematical Reasoning. Travel Requirement This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to 10%.
