Responsibilities: Plans, controls, and directs property-related activities such as the identification, acquisition, or lease of offices, land, and buildings. Manages, coordinates, and ensures the preservation of all buildings, their maintenance, construction, modification, and optimal use of facilities. Coordination of teams in some countries of the region (North; Colombia, Panama, Ecuador, and Peru), in addition to specialised technical support according to the needs of the sites. Management and coordination of service contracts and suppliers of the sites related to the maintenance of the facilities (electrical, generator, UPS, common areas, reception, toilets, meeting rooms). Management of the cost centre inherent to the responsibilities under his responsibility within the regional. Minimum Requirements: A professional in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, administration, or a related field. At least 3-4 years' experience in a similar position as a facilities maintenance manager, facilities supervisor, and/or facilities management. Must have knowledge of property and facilities management. Knowledge of construction processes, electrical and mechanical installations, building and facilities regulations, space management, management and administration of services, labour, and contractors. Demonstrable experience of managing operational teams such as general services staff, messengers, receptionists, and building maintenance operators is required as an essential part of the role. Conversational English B2 as you will be working with project teams in Germany and Brazil. Portuguese would be an advantage.
