Piso 9 Salary: 6'000.000 COP Availability: Monday to Friday - 7:00AM to 8:00PM English required: 8.0 to 9.0 Job Description: The isolved External Reconciliation Specialist is an individual contributor role reporting to the Reconciliation Resolution Manager. Primary responsibilities include reconciling total funds collected and total funds disbursed for various isolved products, such as Settlement, OBC, Tax, Workers' Compensation, 401k, AP Benefits, and Ben Services. The external reconciliation specialist works independently within their team daily to correct transactions and ensure the client has funded the ACH service. Responsibilities: Research transactions that were in our NACHA files that did not clear the bank. Correct manual transactions to ensure they are in the correct reporting period, such as ACH on-demand transactions, penalty & interest paid by isolved, and M&A funds received for pending liabilities. Ensure all transactions are researched and resolved in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP). Submit adjusting entries to the treasury team as defined in SOP. Assist with resolving cases in the NetSuite CRM system. Other projects as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 3 years of bookkeeping experience. Detail-oriented, self-starter. Ability to work with multiple software (SAAS, CRM). Intermediate Excel skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
