Your 'day to day'
Develop planning and project management related activities by providing analytical expertise to drive informed decision-making among all areas of External Affairs (EA) function. Enable the streamline of EA project management processes and enhance efficiency and support the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Identify and monitor relevant global political, regulatory, fiscal,
and economic trends and assess its impact on PMI's strategic priorities. Provide advice to EA management on how to best respond to these external challenges and opportunities, based on available reliable data.
- Develop and maintain project management standards within EA scope, monitoring project progress, identifying alternatives to mitigate risks, and analyzing data to optimize projects performance.
- Facilitate communication among internal stakeholders while ensuring integral compliance of organizational principles and practices.
- Support financial planning and controlling processes within EA function, ensuring a continuous monitoring of budget execution and timely submissions of forecasts and financial requests.
Who we're looking for
- Bachelor university in Economy, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Strategy or Planning related positions.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power BI.
- Analytical, numerical, and proactive skills.
- Intermediate English level.
