Description We are looking for a full-time candidate for this entry-level position. Express Advisor candidates will need to have a flexible schedule as the service department is open Monday-Saturday. Candidates will need to verify warranty and service contract coverage. The candidate will need to develop estimates by costing parts and labor. The express advisor candidate will need to create and maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates, while also obtaining approvals for estimates. Customer service is a huge part of being an express advisor; we want to answer customer concerns about scheduling and car maintenance. To ensure the best communication with our customers, the express advisor will need to perform a vehicle walk-around. To best assist the customer, we want to keep them informed on the time of completion, and if any additional services need to be done, and the estimated cost and service expenses. Before the customer leaves, the express advisor will explain all work performed and completed upon service delivery. Requirements Qualifications: Express advisors must have an outgoing and friendly personality. Candidates must have quality customer service skills. All candidates must be team players and work well with others. Candidates must possess strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus). Express advisors will multi-task while maintaining a clean and organized station. Automotive dealership service experience is also a plus. All employees must have acceptable driving records and a valid driver's license.
