About This Role: Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Expert Technical Writer. Responsibilities: Provides support to read and analyze highly technical materials and to create presentations of that information. This may include specifications, drawings, user manuals, presentations, reports, or training documents. Authors complex software documentation, including user manuals, release notes, installation guides, design guides, training materials, technical guidance, and other technical documentation. Partners with teams such as development, customer engineering, marketing, and technical support groups to understand and respond to customer documentation needs. Creates new documentation and evaluates, edits, improves, and corrects legacy documentation. The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications: Advanced ability to design and develop Microsoft Products including Office, Project, and SharePoint. Excellent writing, editing, drafting, and journaling skills, to include the ability to design and create documents and artifacts from notional ideas. Conceptual and practical understanding of all project management knowledge areas preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and handle tight deadlines. Highly responsive to requested needs. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to work with confidential and proprietary information using utmost discretion. Education: Bachelor's degree must be in engineering, math, and/or science. When supporting tasks that are Information Technology Systems Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Network Analysis/Design/Test, any combination of degree, certification, and relevant experience will be considered if the relevant experience requirement is satisfied.
