About This Role: Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Expert Course Facilitator. Responsibilities: Develops and delivers creative and engaging training for an adult audience, in a variety of formats and media as well as storyboarding and user guides. Expert-level knowledge of current instructional theories and principles applicable to both online and instructor-led learning programs, including multimedia and web design technologies, video conferencing/webinar technologies, etc. Develops creative and engaging training materials for an adult audience in various formats and media. The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts. Expert-level knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts with a demonstrated proficiency in designing, building, and deploying instructor e-learning modules using real-time technology. Education: Graduate/Advanced degree must be in curriculum development, education, organizational development, English, business, or a related degree. Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain FAA Clearance. Years of Professional Experience: Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience. Including at least eight (8) years as an expert in curriculum development, education, organizational development, or a related field. Why Tria?
