You'll design and lead community-focused activities to immerse interns in the city's rich culture, provide essential support during their stay, and assist in resolving any challenges they may face. Additionally, you will support our Virtual Internship Program by organizing interactive online events, discussions, and networking sessions that foster connection and professional growth. Your contributions will drive both personal and professional development for participants, embodying our commitment to global connection, cultural discovery, and transformative growth. Locations: Medellin, Colombia You're excited about working here because you'll: Plan, organize, and host cultural, professional, and social events for interns in Medellín to foster a welcoming and connected community. Build engagement among virtual interns by coordinating online events, managing WhatsApp group interactions, and facilitating networking and collaborative sessions. Ensure high customer satisfaction by taking accountability for our Global Customer Net Promoter Score across both in-person and virtual programs. Serve as the primary contact for intern support, addressing questions, handling feedback, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment. Provide timely and efficient inbox management to support program participants. Develop and maintain a dynamic event calendar that aligns with interns' interests and goals, offering both in-person and virtual activities. Oversee onboarding for new participants and manage their pre-internship experience. Assist the lead coordinator with administrative and logistical tasks to streamline operations and continually elevate the intern experience. Create and implement content strategies, producing engaging multimedia content for our intern community.
