Executive_Logistics

To execute and implement effective lifecycle processes that drive clarity on how to develop and maintain the Logistics section's efficiency in healthy stock levels, delivery efficiency, cost efficiency, good quality of service, and new model/module/project management.
• To act with the teams and support the section's targets, including quarterly tree plan projects and yearly target achievement.
• To determine the best course of action/countermeasures when a disaster or unfortunate occurrence threatens normal operations in the section/department.
• To maximize performance by enhancing the ability of the section and minimizing losses and disruption of operations.
• To coordinate among/across sections to keep lines of communication open and ensure meaningful collaboration. Provides support and action as appropriate.
• To compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports and provide summary reports. To perform simple analysis and necessary action/countermeasures.
• To control and manage section administrative tasks, including maintaining records.
• To seek continuous improvement of work efficiency in the section.
• To follow all workplace disciplinary and compliance regulations related to BSH/government rules.
• To report to a superior if any abnormalities are encountered/found.
• To undertake and perform any project, task, and duties assigned by a superior after reviewing the needs of the organization.
