Hiring: Executive Business Partner Position Summary elev8.io is changing the game for Behavioral Health companies and is committed to helping our clientele close the gap between the millions suffering from addiction or mental health struggles.
We are growing rapidly and therefore seeking a highly organized and systematic Executive Business Partner to support the accelaration of client acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the CEO´s right hand in all client acquisition efforts through email and LinkedIn monitoring.
Reply quickly and professional to any correspondence to land deals + give our prospective clients & partners a world-class experience and great first impression(s) of elev8 before signing.
Participate on all elev8's sales calls with our CEO to learn our sales dynamics but also help with note taking, updating CRM record from A-Z.
Follow up on next steps in sales process whether that adding to special sequence or sending emails per templates/snippets created, sending agreements, NDAs, questionnaires, etc.
Help facilitate sales & marketing collateral as per ClickUp plan.
Support with Sales & Marketing Ops to get things/campaigns launched per 'Smarketing strategy'.
Qualifications Demonstrated success in fast-paced corporate environments, with experience in sales operations management.
Hight attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and a do-whatever-it-takes attitude.
Hungry for growth and success.
Very organized and embracing ClickUp and PM work.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
