Job Description for Executive AssistantScope: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 8am to 5pm Colorado Springs, CO TimeReporting directly to the executive and working closely with other team membersAdapting to the company's specific tools and software for communication and task managementResponsibilities:Manage executive's calendar and schedule appointmentsHandle correspondence and communications on behalf of the executiveOrganize and maintain files and documentsPrepare reports and presentations as neededAssist with travel arrangements and expense reportsCoordinate meetings and take minutesPerform other administrative duties as assignedRequirements:Previous experience as an executive assistantExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant softwareAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksDiscretion in handling confidential informationIndependent Contractor Perks:Permanent work from homeImmediate hiringSteady freelance job
