Job Title: Executive Assistant to Vice President Latin America Department: Programs, Latin America and the Caribbean Center Background: The Center for Reproductive Rights is a global human rights organization working to protect reproductive rights as fundamental human rights worldwide. With offices in key locations, the Center is a non-profit organization changing law and policy through litigation, legal policy, and advocacy work. The Role: The Executive Assistant to Vice President Latin America will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations in Latin America and the Caribbean. This includes managing scheduling, preparations, documentation, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings, as well as expense reports and travel arrangements. Primary Responsibilities: Scheduling: Manage the Vice President, LAC's calendar to reflect strategic priorities and help effectively manage her time toward achieving operational goals. Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Vice President, LAC, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation/follow-up. Assume responsibility for the overall execution, planning, and related advance and logistics for the Vice President, LAC travel schedule. Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Ensure the Vice President, LAC, is prepared for all internal and external meetings by overseeing and organizing all briefing memos, remarks, talking points, and additional collateral. Serve as liaison between Vice President, LAC, and other members of the LAC team and other departments: attend meetings, develop agendas, record minutes, maintain records, monitor action items, and follow up. Management (time and communications): Manage Vice President, LAC incoming email—prioritizing for attention and drafting responses as appropriate. Executive Representation: Anticipate the needs of the program and have initiative in strategizing solutions. Advance key actions involving relevant parties across the Center and externally. Other Supporting Responsibilities: Provide assistance to visiting CRR staff and coalition allies. Support logistics of program-related events and meeting setups when needed. Assist with organizing and maintaining the Global LAC SharePoint site. Qualifications: Commitment to the Center's mission, purpose, and values. Experience in support of executive/senior managers. Fluent in Spanish and English; any additional language is an asset. Must be highly organized, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
