The position: A unique and exciting opportunity for a career Executive Assistant has become available. This is a busy and challenging role that allows you the opportunity to work as a true business partner. You will act as the link between your executives and all stakeholder groups. This role is based in our National Support Office in Rowville and will be supporting Merchandise, Marketing and Logistics.
Key responsibilitiesinclude: Writing, coordinating and formatting confidential presentations and documents Complex diary management, prioritising meetings and commitments Complete email management and correspondence Detailed travel management including domestic and international travel Coordinating and preparing all material, speeches, presentations and team member correspondence Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders with the ability to identify priorities. Reconcile expenses and invoices To be successful you will: Understand the importance of confidentiality Have strong PC Literacy – Advanced Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Demonstrated experience in complex diary and travel management, accounting for multiple time zones Have strong written and verbal communication skills Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to be able to "think on your feet" and work with a variety of situations, individuals, and groups Have exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work autonomously Be able to quickly adapt and respond positively to change, remaining calm under pressure Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and other EA's across the business What's in it for you?
