Role Overview The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our executive team ( specifically our VP of Operations and Director of Go-To-Market) This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate complex calendars for both executives, ensuring optimal time management and scheduling. Inbox Management: Prioritize and respond to emails, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. Travel and Event Planning: Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Plan and execute company events, conferences, and meetings. Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, drafting documents, and managing files. Operational Tasks: Assist with operational tasks, including managing documents, creating and updating spreadsheets, and performing basic Salesforce requests. Personal Tasks: Occasionally assist with individual tasks for the executives, as needed. Qualifications Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other relevant software. Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively. Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues across different departments. Additional Considerations Work Hours: The position requires a 40-hour workweek, with time split evenly between supporting the VP of Operations and the Director of GTM.
