Job Description As an Events Admin Assistant, you'll be the backbone of a thriving events business, managing crucial behind-the-scenes operations that bring dreams to life.
Your Excel prowess and sharp attention to detail will be instrumental in crafting bespoke event plans, maintaining vital business data, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.

Responsibilities Create and manage custom event plans using provided templates, adapting to diverse client needs Maintain comprehensive Excel sheets for tracking event details, client information, and business operations Respond professionally to client inquiries via email, providing timely and accurate information Assist in developing and updating contact lists for upcoming events Support the creation of consumption reports and other event-related documentation Handle administrative tasks related to contracts and estimates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless event execution, bridging the gap between planning and implementation Requirements Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas and data management techniques Exceptional written communication abilities, capable of crafting professional and engaging emails Meticulous attention to detail with a talent for juggling multiple tasks efficiently Basic understanding of event planning processes and terminology Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adhere to established procedures Familiarity with event management software (e.g., Square) is a plus Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, with flexibility as the business grows Ability to respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours Passion for the events industry and a drive to contribute to a growing business Benefits Independent Contractor Perks Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady Freelance Job ZR_16853_JOB
